You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Initiating an Exchange or Return
To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at info@attireseason.com. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the request.
b. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send the item back before receiving authorization.
3. Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow these steps:
a. Follow the "Initiating an Exchange or Return" steps mentioned above.
b. After receiving authorization, you will be provided with instructions for sending the item back to us.
c. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price differences will be settled accordingly.
4. Return Process
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Follow the "Initiating an Exchange or Return" steps mentioned above.
b. After receiving authorization, you will be provided with instructions for sending the item back to us.
c. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

If you believe you have received a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide guidance on the next steps, which may involve an exchange, return, or repair.
6. Return Shipping
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
